What we look for
Bias to ship. We move fast, we cut scope, we fix what's broken. If you need a 12-week roadmap to start, we're not it.
Direct communication. We say what we mean. No corporate cushioning, no performative humility.
High taste on the things customers see. Copy, photos, packaging, page polish. We don't ship anything we'd be embarrassed to leave on the counter.
Comfortable with the editorial side of ecom. Brand, voice, photography, content. Half of what we do isn't writing code.
Open-ish roles
Generalist operator. You can run a Shopify store end-to-end: AutoDS imports, product photoshoots, CIO journeys, ad creative reviews. You're not afraid to wear five hats in a day.
Senior full-stack engineer (Next.js + Shopify). You've shipped at least one D2C brand on the modern Shopify Storefront + Headless stack. You care about gallery UX, cart-attribute weirdness, and edge-case variant handling.
Brand designer / art director. You can hold the line on photo, type, and motion across three sibling brands and not let any of them drift.
